Three ways come with your card. Tap is an add-on.
Your Digital Business Card is delivered online: a profile link, a QR code and a wallet pass. Tapping a phone needs an NFC chip, so it only works if you also buy a physical NFC item such as the NFC wristband.
A card makes asking easy. It can't promise stars.
Each review product opens the review link you give us — your Google, Tripadvisor or Trustpilot page — with a tap or a scan. The customer still writes their own review, in their own words. Google's rules don't allow rewarding customers for reviews or asking only the happy ones, so our cards are meant to be offered to everyone.

The Digital Business Card is delivered online, so nothing is posted. NFC review cards, social cards, stands, stickers, plaques and wristbands are posted to the address you give at checkout; no delivery fee is added at checkout.
